Skip The Guinness. Make These St. Patty's Day Cocktails Instead

Ahh St. Patrick's Day.

The drunkest day of them all. The day when you can make out with a cardboard leprechaun and nobody would think twice. Oh wait, I've actually done that. But if you're feeling festive and want to enjoy just one cocktail this holiday (and therefore your chances of not making out with a leprechaun substantially decrease), I'd suggest making one of these:

Good Luck Charm

  • Gin
  • Midori (melon liqueur)
  • Lime juice
  • Fresh mint
  • Mint and grapefruit bitters

Serve over crushed ice.

Equal parts of the following:

  • Creme de Menthe
  • White Creme de Cacao
  • Cream

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
